Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Virginia LBA licensure required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to collect and analyze data to guide treatment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in clinic and home/community settings.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs/ABATs and technicians.
• Collaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and track progress with data.
