Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy in Missouri seeks a BCBA to oversee treatment plans, develop intervention programs, and supervise RBTs. You will analyze progress data, train caregivers, and collaborate with families and schools to optimize outcomes for children.

The ideal candidate holds a BCBA credential, a master’s degree in ABA or related field, and demonstrates strong clinical and communication skills in a team-based setting.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and current BACB credential.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• A collaborative, team-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, schools, RBTs, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Treatment plan reviews.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
