Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy offers BCBA leadership to guide clinical programs for children, conducting assessments and developing individualized plans. You will supervise RBTs, analyze data, and partner with families, schools, and professionals to ensure effective treatment.

The position emphasizes skilled communication, collaboration, and a compassionate, child-centered approach within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and BACB credential.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children preferred; strong clinical and communication skills.
• A collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, schools, RBTs, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Treatment plan reviews.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
