Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a BCBA to provide clinical oversight, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, analyze data, and collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals in the Boston area.

The ideal candidate will hold an active BCBA certification, a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, and a passion for helping children and families. Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and BACB credential.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• A collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, schools, RBTs, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Treatment plan reviews.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
