Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy in Kansas City, MO is seeking a BCBA to lead assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs to ensure high-quality care.

You will analyze data, train caregivers, collaborate with families, schools and other professionals, and monitor progress to guide treatment decisions with data-driven insights.

We offer supportive clinical leadership, ongoing mentorship, and competitive hourly pay with mileage reimbursement and paid travel time.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and BACB credential.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children preferred. Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention programs.
• Analyze data and inform treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, schools, RBTs, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Treatment plan reviews.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
