Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a practicing BCBA to lead assessment, treatment planning, and supervision of RBTs in a collaborative, child-focused team in Missouri.

You'll develop and monitor behavior intervention plans, analyze data, provide caregiver training, and work with families, schools, and professionals to drive meaningful progress while maintaining accurate documentation and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and BACB credential.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• A collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions
• Provide caregiver training and support
• Collaborate with families, schools, RBTs, and other professionals
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Treatment plan reviews
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs
