Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical assessment and treatment planning, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and schools to drive progress for clients. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, program development, and comprehensive documentation.

Ideal candidates hold an active BCBA and a Master’s degree in ABA or related fields, with a passion for helping children and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and current BACB credential.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• A collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions
• Provide caregiver training and support
• Collaborate with families, schools, RBTs, and other professionals
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Treatment plan reviews
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs
