Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a BCBA to conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide clinical oversight to RBTs. You will collaborate with families, schools, and professionals to implement data-driven interventions and monitor progress.

You’ll maintain accurate documentation and lead treatment plan reviews, while guiding a supportive team. You’ll benefit from ongoing mentorship, clinical trainings, and opportunities for leadership and career growth in a mission-driven

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and BACB credential.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, schools, RBTs, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Treatment plan reviews.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
