Job summary

Blue Gems ABA in Overland Park, KS is seeking a BCBA to conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and provide clinical oversight to RBTs. You will develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs while ensuring data-driven decisions and high-quality care.

You'll collaborate with families, schools, and professionals, monitor progress, maintain documentation, and participate in treatment plan reviews.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and BACB credential.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Analyze data to guide treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, schools, RBTs, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Treatment plan reviews and ongoing feedback to RBTs.
