Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a BCBA professional to lead assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs. The role emphasizes collaboration with families and schools, data-driven decisions, and robust documentation to support children’s progress.

Ideal candidates hold an active BCBA credential and a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, with strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills, plus a collaborative approach to care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and current BACB credential.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, schools, RBTs, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Treatment plan reviews.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
