Proud Moments ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team as clinical experts. The role emphasizes high-quality ABA services for children from birth to 21, supported by a robust clinical team and advanced data collection tools.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Currently BCBA licensed or eligible to sit for the exam in the next 3 months.
• Experience applying ABA with children on autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical judgment and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Develop and supervise targeted ABA interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor and support clients as they develop new skills and positive behaviors.
• Explain assessment results and treatment recommendations to families.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Supervise, train, and orient our team of behavior technicians.
