Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field; BCBA license (or testing within 3 months).
• Proven ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments; strong judgment.
• Excellent communication, confidentiality and organizational skills.
• Commitment to professional development and staying current in ABA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted ABA interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor client progress and share in achievement of positive behavior changes.
• Support families by discussing assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients and communicate concerns to the team.
• Provide supervision, training and onboarding for behavioral technicians.
• Be physically active with children and assist during sessions as needed.
