Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in Florida to join our team as full-time or part-time clinical experts. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism, while focusing on delivering high-quality care and reducing administrative tasks.

You’ll work with a supportive clinical team, access ongoing CEU courses, and enjoy a competitive compensation package, flexible schedules, and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted ABA interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor progress and celebrate client improvements in behaviors and skills.
• Support families with explanations of assessments and treatment recommendations.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Provide supervision, training, and orientation to behavior technicians.
• Physically supervise sessions on-site and ensure safety during activities.
