Proud Moments ABA is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical services for children with autism, offering full-time or part-time options in Florida. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions, analyze data, and support families with treatment planning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology or related field.
• BCBA license/certification in progress or current.
• Experience applying ABA with autism.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions that change behaviors in children with autism.
• Collaborate to help clients achieve positive behaviors and new skills.
• Explain assessment results and treatment recommendations to families.
• Monitor for potential issues and communicate concerns for client advocacy.
• Supervise, train, and support a growing team of behavior technicians.
• Assist during sessions with physical activities as children participate.
