Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Pensacola, FL is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team as full-time or part-time clinical experts. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism, collaborating with a supportive clinical team to ensure high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license (state-dependent) or sitting for exam in next 3 months.
• Demonstrated ABA experience with children with autism spectrum disorders.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical judgment and confidentiality.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills.
• BCBA Retention Bonus opportunity expires 10/31/2026.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Share in achievements as clients develop positive behaviors and learn new skills.
• Assist families by explaining assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge through supervision, training and orientation of team.
• Physically assist during sessions as children move in the area (standing, lifting 25+ lbs, etc.).
