Job summary

Proud Moments ABA seeks Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team as full-time or part-time clinical experts. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism, while collaborating with a supportive clinical and regional team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (state dependent) or sitting for the exam within 3 months.
• Demonstrated ABA experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related disorders.
• Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions that change lives of children with autism.
• Share in clients' progress as they develop positive behaviors and skills.
• Support families by clarifying assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge through supervision, training, and orientation of the team.
• Assist with session activities requiring physical movement with children aged 2–15.

Education

Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field

Current BCBA license
