Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license or eligibility to sit for exam within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor and support client progress with families.
• Provide guidance during family conversations to explain assessments and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by identifying concerns and communicating them to the team.
• Mentor and train behavioral technicians on best practices.
