Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Fort Walton Beach, FL is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our clinical team and supervise ABA treatments for children with autism. You'll work with a supportive multi-tiered team and focus on delivering high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license or eligibility to sit for the exam in the next 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise implementation of targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Share in the achievements of clients as they develop positive behaviors and new skills.
• Provide family support to ensure understanding of assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring for issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge through supervision, training, and orientation of the team.
• Move with clients during sessions and assist with physical activity as needed.
