Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Stockbridge, GA is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for full- or part-time clinical roles. You will design and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism, collaborate with families, and provide data-driven treatment decisions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license (or exam within 3 months).
• Experience applying ABA with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Use your ABA expertise to develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor client progress and share in achievements as positive behaviors develop.
• Provide family support to ensure understanding of assessments and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Supervise, train, and orientation of a growing team of behavioral technicians.
• Maintain physical engagement with sessions and adapt to activity demands.
