Proud Moments ABA in Milton, FL is recruiting BCBA team members to lead ABA-based interventions for children from birth to 21. You will join a multi-tiered clinical team with robust training, tools for data collection, and a supportive environment that minimizes administrative burden.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license (state dependent) or taking exam soon.
• Demonstrated ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Strong clinical judgment and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational and PM skills.
• BCBA Retention Bonus expires 10/15/2026.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Support clients as they achieve positive behaviors and new skills.
• Explain assessment results and treatment recommendations to families.
• Monitor for issues and communicate concerns to the team.
• Share knowledge through supervision, training, and onboarding of staff.
• Assist movement of clients during sessions with physical activity as needed.
