Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Las Cruces, NM is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team as full-time or part-time clinical experts, delivering high-quality ABA services to children.

You will work with a supportive clinical team, use advanced data collection and charting tools, and enjoy a competitive compensation package with a $10,000 retention bonus for full-time hires and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license or in process (eligible for exam within 3 months).
• Demonstrated ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions to improve outcomes for children with autism.
• Monitor progress and share achievements as clients improve.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by identifying issues and communicating concerns.
• Mentor and train a growing team of behavioral technicians.
