Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Springfield, TN is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our clinical team full-time or part-time. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism and collaborate with a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license (state dependent) or exam within 3 months.
• Demonstrated skills implementing ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related disorders.
• Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted ABA interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor client progress and celebrate positive behavioral changes.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by identifying concerns and communicating them.
• Share knowledge through supervision, training, and orientation of technicians.
• Assist with mobility during sessions, including physical activities with children.
