Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking a BCBA in Arizona to lead evidence-based programs across in-center and in-home settings. The role offers a base salary of $90,000-$110,000 with additional monthly bonuses, plus a sign-on bonus up to $20K for qualified LBAs.

Hybrid schedule with 1-2 WFH days per week and centers in Chandler, Glendale, Mesa, Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tucson. You’ll design ABA plans, mentor technicians, collaborate with families, and stay current with best practices while enjoying generous

• Active BCBA and Arizona LBA certification required.
