The Treetop ABA in Arizona is hiring a BCBA to lead ABA programs across in-clinic and in-home settings. The role offers a base salary of $90K-$110K with monthly bonus potential and a sign-on bonus up to $20K for qualified LBAs.

Enjoy a hybrid schedule with 1-2 WFH days, and a clinician-driven culture focused on growth and balance. You'll design and implement personalized ABA plans, perform assessments, mentor technicians, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

Active BCBA and Arizona LBA Certification required.
Strong communication and coaching skills.
Passion for compassionate care in clinic and remote settings.
Adaptable to hybrid clinic/remote environments.

Responsibilities

Design & Implement ABA Plans: Develop personalized therapy plans that create real, measurable impact.
Conduct Assessments & Track Progress: Use data to guide meaningful client outcomes.
