The Treetop ABA is hiring BCBA clinicians in Arizona. We offer a competitive base salary with $90,000–$110,000 yearly, plus a monthly bonus opportunity.

This role supports a hybrid in-clinic/remote schedule across AZ with in-home opportunities and center roles. We provide a sign-on bonus up to $20K for qualified LBAs, student loan repayment up to $437/month, and a fully paid 3-week sabbatical after 36 months.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA and Arizona LBA Certification – required.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Adaptable, driven, and able to thrive in clinic and remote environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ABA plans with personalized therapy.
• Conduct assessments and track client progress using data.
• Lead and mentor behavior technicians.
• Partner with families to set goals and build trust.
• Manage a hybrid caseload with in-clinic and remote work.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
