Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Arizona is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical care across Chandler and surrounding locations. This full-time role combines in-clinic and remote work, with a focus on delivering high-quality ABA services and mentoring technicians.

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000–$110,000 base with bonus opportunities, a sign-on bonus up to $20K for qualified LBAs, and unique incentives like student loan repayment and a paid sabbatical after 36 months.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required for clinical leadership.
• Arizona LBA certification required for local practice.
• Demonstrated ability to coach technicians and collaborate.
• Experience delivering ABA plans with data-driven progress

Responsibilities

• Design & Implement ABA Plans with measurable impact.
• Conduct assessments and track client progress using data.
• Lead & mentor Behavior Technicians across cases.
• Partner with families to set goals and build trust.
• Hybrid caseload with in-clinic and remote work.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
