Job summary

The Treetop ABA is a clinician-led behavioral health provider with in-center locations across Arizona and in-home services statewide. We offer a competitive base salary, sign-on bonuses, student loan repayment, and a fully paid sabbatical after 3 years, with opportunities for growth and leadership.

As a BCBA, you will design and oversee ABA plans, mentor technicians, collaborate with families, and maintain a balanced hybrid schedule that supports client outcomes and your work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification & AZ LBA certification required.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Passion for compassionate care and helping clients.

Responsibilities

• Design & Implement ABA plans with measurable outcomes.
• Conduct assessments and track progress using data.
• Lead and mentor behavior technicians to ensure quality care.
• Partner with families to set goals and build trust.
• Hybrid caseload combining in-clinic and remote work.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
