The Treetop ABA offers a competitive base salary in Arizona for full-time BCBAs, with $90K-$110K base and monthly bonus opportunities. A sign-on bonus up to $20K is available for qualified LBAs.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Arizona LBA certification required.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Adaptable and driven, able to thrive in clinic and remote environments.

Responsibilities

• Design & Implement ABA Plans to create measurable impact.
• Conduct Assessments & Track Progress using data-driven methods.
• Lead & mentor Behavior Technicians with coaching and guidance.
• Partner with families to set goals, celebrate successes, and build trust.
• Maintain a hybrid caseload with in-clinic and remote work.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
