The Treetop ABA, based in Arizona, is hiring a BCBA to join a clinician-led team offering remote work with quarterly travel. We provide a supportive environment with ethical practice, flexible scheduling, and manageable caseloads.

You will design ABA plans, mentor technicians, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful outcomes. Competitive base salary $85K-$95K plus performance bonuses, generous PTO, CEU stipend, 401(k) match, and comprehensive benefits.
