Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Tempe, AZ is seeking a BCBA to lead and implement individualized ABA plans across in-center and in-home settings. This full-time role offers a competitive base salary of $90,000-$110,000 with monthly bonus opportunities and a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 for qualified LBAs.

You’ll conduct assessments, track client progress, mentor technicians, and collaborate with families while enjoying a hybrid schedule with some remote work and generous PTO and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and AZ LBA licensure required.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to work in clinic and remote settings.

Responsibilities

• Design & implement ABA plans with measurable impact.
