Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Arizona is seeking a BCBA to join a clinician-led, supportive team delivering high-quality ABA care. This full-time role features a base salary of $90,000–$110,000, plus monthly bonus opportunities and a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 for qualified LBAs.

You'll design and implement ABA plans, conduct assessments, mentor technicians, and collaborate with families. The role offers hybrid in-clinic and remote work, flexible scheduling, a 3-week sabbatical after 36 months, loan

Qualifications

• Active BCBA and Arizona LBA Certification required.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Passion for compassionate care and flexible in clinic/remote settings.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ABA plans with measurable impact.
• Conduct assessments and track client progress.
• Lead and mentor behavior technicians.
• Partner with families to set goals and build trust.
