The Treetop ABA is hiring a BCBA to lead in-clinic and in-home ABA programs across Arizona, with a base salary range of $90,000–$105,000 and additional monthly bonus opportunities.

You will design and implement personalized ABA plans, conduct assessments, mentor technicians, and collaborate with families. The role offers a hybrid schedule (1-2 WFH days) and strong support from experienced BCBAs while focusing on ethical, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA and Arizona LBA certification required.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Passion for compassionate care and adaptability in clinic/remote settings.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ABA plans with measurable impact.
• Conduct assessments and track client progress.
• Lead and mentor behavior technicians.
• Partner with families to set goals and build trust.
• Hybrid caseload combining in-clinic and remote work.
