The Treetop ABA in Arizona seeks a BCBA to design and oversee ABA therapy programs across in-center and remote settings. You will assess clients, develop personalized therapy plans, monitor progress, and mentor technicians while partnering with families.

• Active BCBA and AZ LBA certification required.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Design & Implement ABA plans and personalize therapy.
• Conduct assessments and track client progress.
• Lead and mentor behavior technicians.
• Partner with families to set goals and build trust.
