Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a clinician-led team in Arizona. Design and implement ABA plans, assess progress, and mentor technicians while partnering with families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

This full-time role offers a base salary of $90K–$110K with additional bonus opportunities, a sign-on bonus up to $20K, and hybrid work with up to two remote days per week. Sabbatical and loan-repayment incentives support growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and state licensure in AZ.
• Ability to work both in-clinic and remote.
• Strong collaboration and mentorship skills.
• Passion for compassionate care and quality of service.

Responsibilities

• Design & Implement ABA Plans and therapy programs.
• Conduct Assessments & Track Client progress with data.
• Lead & Mentor Behavior Technicians and support staff.
• Partner with Families to set goals and build trust.
• Hybrid Caseload with in-clinic and remote work.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
