The Treetop ABA is actively seeking a BCBA to lead high-quality ABA therapy across in-center and home settings in Arizona. You will design, implement, and monitor individualized plans while supervising technicians and collaborating closely with families.

Ideal candidates are BCBA certified with Arizona LBA licensure, possess strong coaching and communication skills, and thrive in a hybrid work environment that promotes growth and balance.

Formación

• Active BCBA and Arizona LBA Certification – required to ensure clinical excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Design & implement ABA plans for personalized therapy.
• Conduct assessments and track client progress with data-driven insights.
• Lead and mentor behavior technicians.
• Partner with families to set goals and build trust.
• Hybrid caseload: blend in-clinic and remote work.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
