The Treetop ABA in Arizona is hiring a BCBA to join a clinician-led team dedicated to delivering high-quality care in a flexible hybrid setting. The role offers a base salary of $90K-$110K with monthly bonus opportunities, a sign-on bonus up to $20K, and a Monday–Friday schedule with up to 2 remote workdays per week.

You'll lead clinical care, design ABA plans, mentor technicians, and collaborate with families, while benefiting from student loan repayment, a paid 3-week sabbatical after 36
