Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking a BCBA in Arizona to lead ABA programs, mentor technicians, and collaborate with families. The role offers a competitive base salary, sign-on bonus up to $20,000, and additional monthly bonus opportunities. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with up to two work-from-home days per week.

Incentives include student loan repayment and a fully paid 3-week Sabbatical after 36 months, plus growth opportunities across Arizona in-center and in-home caseloads.

• Active BCBA and Arizona LBA Certification required.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Passion for compassionate care.
• Adaptable and driven; comfortable in clinic and remote environments.

Responsibilities

• Design & Implement ABA Plans: Develop personalized therapy plans that create real, measurable impact.
• Conduct Assessments & Track Progress: Use data to guide meaningful client outcomes.
• Lead & Mentor Behavior Technicians: Inspire and support your team with coaching and expertise.
• Partner with Families: Collaborate with caregivers to set goals, celebrate successes, and build trust.
• Hybrid Caseload: Enjoy the perfect blend of in-clinic and remote work.
