Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking a BCBA in Tempe, AZ to design and implement ABA plans, lead clinical care, and mentor technicians. Qualifications

• Active BCBA and Arizona LBA Certification is required.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid clinic/remote environment.
• Experience mentoring Behavior Technicians is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ABA plans with measurable impact.
• Conduct assessments and track client progress using data.
• Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians to maintain clinical quality.
• Partner with families to set goals, celebrate successes, and build trust.
• Maintain a hybrid caseload with in-clinic and remote work.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
