The Treetop ABA in Savannah, GA is seeking a full-time BCBA to join a clinician-led team in a hybrid role that blends in-center care with remote planning. You’ll conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Georgia LBA licensure required.
• Experience with children who have autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver ABA therapy and support families with goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs/ABATs/Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers for quality outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to guide decisions.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development.
