Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking a full-time BCBA to lead clinical care under experienced supervision, delivering high-quality ABA services across clinic and home settings. This role offers a hybrid schedule with opportunities for growth, mentorship, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification and Oklahoma LBA certification.
• Proven experience developing and managing ABA treatment programs.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.

Education

Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field

Active BCBA certification

Active Oklahoma LBA certification

Proven ABA program development & management

Excellent communication, problem-solving & data analysis
