The Treetop ABA in Savannah, GA is hiring a full-time BCBA to join a hybrid team delivering high-quality ABA therapy. Expect a clinical-heavy role with in-clinic work and planning, documentation, and supervision conducted remotely when possible.

You will develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families, and stay current with ABA research, all within a supportive, ethics-driven culture that values growth and balanced caseloads.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification is required.
• Georgia LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) is required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset is valued.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality and outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
