The Treetop ABA is hiring a full-time BCBA in Georgia. This hybrid role blends in-clinic work with remote planning, documentation, and supervision, offering a supportive, clinician-led environment focused on high‑quality care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification (required).
• Georgia LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) (required).
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small, intentional caseload to support high-quality, individualized care.
• Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Conduct assessments and track progress through data-driven decision making.
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians / RBTs.
• Collaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive support.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and compliance.
• Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and ethical standards.
