Job summary

Kaleidoscope Education Solutions is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in a hybrid/remote capacity. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, monitor small caseloads, and translate data into actionable treatment plans with families and staff.

We value flexible scheduling (Mon–Fri, no weekends), and provide a supportive Clinical Manager, scheduling help, and admin support to ensure effective caseload management.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adolescents/adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods.
• Proficient with Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ABA software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff/family meetings and observations.
• Consult with families about treatment concerns and staff performance.
