Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for home-based services to join our growing team. The role delivers direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manages a small caseload while using data to guide individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required as verified by Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children, adolescents or adults with diverse needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories, ethics and regulations.
• Proficient with Office 365 and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families and adjust treatment plans.
• Supervise by observing and holding team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns and staff.
