Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for home-based services with hybrid options. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, and collaborate with families to adjust treatment plans. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions and direct family consultation.

Qualifications

Master's Degree required.
BCBA certification verified via Behavior Analyst Certification Board.

Provide supervision through meetings with staff and families.
