The Treetop ABA seeks a dedicated BCBA in Arizona to design and oversee personalized ABA plans. You will lead a team of technicians, assess progress with data, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

This full-time role offers a hybrid schedule with 1–2 work-from-home days, competitive base pay of $90K–$110K, and generous benefits including a sign-on bonus and sabbatical options to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required in Arizona
• Arizona LBA certification required
• Strong communication and coaching skills are essential
• Passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate ABA care with integrity

Responsibilities

• Design and implement personalized ABA plans with measurable impact
• Conduct assessments and track client progress using data
• Lead and mentor behavior technicians through coaching and supervision
• Partner with families to set goals and build trust
• Manage a hybrid caseload with in-clinic and remote work
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices
