The Treetop ABA in Arizona is seeking a BCBA to join a clinician-led team delivering high-quality ABA services. The role offers a flexible hybrid schedule with 1–2 work-from-home days per week and a strong salary range plus bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Design & Implement ABA Plans: Develop personalized therapy plans with measurable impact.
• Conduct Assessments & Track Progress: Use data to guide client outcomes.
• Lead & Mentor Behavior Technicians: Coach and support your team.
• Partner with Families: Collaborate with caregivers to set goals and build trust.
• Hybrid Caseload: Balance in-clinic and remote work.
• Stay Current: Keep up with ABA research and best practices.
