The Treetop ABA in Arizona is seeking a BCBA to join a collaborative clinician-led team. This full-time role offers a generous base salary of $90,000-$110,000 plus performance bonuses and a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 for qualified LBAs, with hybrid in-clinic and remote work options.

You will design ABA plans, conduct assessments, mentor technicians, and partner with families while enjoying incentives like student loan repayment, a 3-week sabbatical after 36 months, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and current Arizona LBA license.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Passion for compassionate, evidence-based ABA care.
• Comfortable in clinic and remote environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ABA plans with measurable outcomes.
• Conduct assessments and track client progress with data.
• Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians.
• Partner with families to set goals and build trust.
• Manage a hybrid caseload with in-clinic and remote sessions.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
