The Treetop ABA is hiring BCBAs to lead and implement ABA programs across Arizona. You will work in a collaborative, clinician-led team with flexible scheduling and a blend of in-clinic and remote work.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA and Arizona LBA certification required to ensure clinical excellence.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to support teams and families.
• Ability to adapt in clinic and remote environments while maintaining quality care.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ABA plans with measurable impact.
• Conduct assessments and track client progress using data.
• Lead and mentor behavior technicians through coaching and support.
• Partner with families to set goals and build trust.
• Manage a hybrid caseload with in-clinic and remote work.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
