Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Arizona is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical care with a collaborative, clinician-led team. You’ll design and implement ABA plans, supervise Behavior Technicians, and coach families while balancing in-clinic and remote work.

This full-time role offers a base salary of $90,000–$110,000 plus monthly bonus opportunities. Benefits include a sign-on bonus up to $20K, student loan repayment, a fully paid 3-week sabbatical, generous PTO, and a hybrid schedule with 1–2 WFH days per week.

• Active BCBA and Arizona LBA Certification – required to ensure clinical excellence.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to support the team.
• Ability to thrive in clinic and remote environments with evolving needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ABA plans to create measurable client impact.
• Conduct assessments and track progress using data-driven methods.
• Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians within the team.

• Hybrid caseload balancing in-clinic and remote work.
